Annoucement: CGart is now recruiting Japanese Interpreter ($ 400-600, working at HCM City)

CG-ART is a company active in the IT sector working mainly with Japanese customers. Established on May 10/2015 by the members who have experience in working in Japanese market. Although newly established, but the company has grown rapidly with over 20 employees, and highly recommended by customers . The company has branches in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. * Position: Japanese Interpreter

* Quantity: 02 people

* Job description:

  • Working at HCM Representative Office;
  • Interpreting in meetings between the CEO and customers (Japanese <=> Vietnamese). Will be trained during working process.
  • Translating and interpretating documents, checkback via mail, skype contact from Japan to Vietnam and vice versa.
  • Admin: office management (Office procurement, equipment, …), personnel, drafting contracts for employees, company’s spending, monthly report for the Head office in Hanoi …
  • Further information will be discussed directly in the interview.

 

* Requirements::

  • Female.
  • Being able to use Japanese language efficiently (has a university degree or equivalent N2), sale-marketing experience is a plus
  • Capable of using computer and office software (word, excel, powerpoint …);
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic and responsible;
  • Priority is given to candidates being able to use both Japanese and basic English.
